Age Limit
The age eligibility criteria for the following posts are as follows:
1. Chauffeur Gr II: Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 36. Only
individuals born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are
eligible to apply for this post. Candidates from Other Backward Communities
and SC/ST categories are eligible for the usual age relaxation.

Qualification
The qualifications required for the following posts are as follows:
Chauffeur Gr II:
i) Successful completion of S.S.L.C. or an equivalent qualification.
ii) Possession of a valid Motor Driving Licence (Light duty vehicles) for a
minimum of three years, along with the Drivers Badge.
iii) Proficiency in driving light duty vehicles, which will be assessed
through a practical test.
Hospitality Assistant:
1) Successful completion of S.S.L.C. or an equivalent qualification.
2) Possession of a Craft Certificate in Food and Beverage Service from a
Government Food Craft Institute or any other qualification recognized by the
government as equivalent.
Cook:
1) Successful completion of SSLC Examination or an equivalent qualification.
2) Possession of a K.G.C.E in Food Production from a Government Food Craft
Institute or any other qualification recognized by the government as
equivalent.

candidates can log in to their profile using their User-ID and password.

When uploading a photograph, it should be taken after 31.12.2013.
Candidates who create a new profile from 01.01.2022 should upload a
photograph taken within the last 6 months. The candidate's name and the
date of photograph taken should be clearly printed at the bottom. The
uploaded photograph will remain valid for 10 years from the date of
uploading, provided it meets all the requirements. Other instructions
regarding photograph uploading remain unchanged. There is no application
fee required. Candidates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of
their personal information and maintaining the secrecy of their password.
Before finally submitting the application on their profile, candidates
must verify the correctness of the information. They should mention their
User-ID for future communication with the Commission. Once submitted, the
application is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered.
It is advisable for candidates to keep a printout or soft copy of the
online application for future reference. They can obtain a printout of the
application by clicking on the "My applications" link in their profile.
All correspondence with the Commission should be accompanied by the
printout of the application. Failure to comply with the notification
requirements will result in the application being summarily rejected
during the processing stage.
Original documents proving qualification, experience, age, community,
etc., must be produced as and when required. Any corrections made to the
profile by candidates themselves or through the KPSC office upon request
after the deadline for application submission will not be reflected in the
application. Such corrections will only come into effect from the date
they were made.
