Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 30 years, and all eligibility requirements are applicable as of the selection date. Age relaxation is provided: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST; an additional 5 years for the PwD category. Candidates who were domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989 receive a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit.
Salary
The current office holder is entitled to a fixed sum of ₹25,000 per month during the first year, ₹28,000 per month during the second year, and ₹31,000 per month for the third and fourth years. The chosen candidate will also have access to additional perks, including reimbursement of medical insurance premiums, company provident fund (PF), travel allowance (TA/DA) for official trips, and paid leave in accordance with existing regulations.
Qualification
Applicants are required to have a B.E. / B.Tech Degree in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/Mech./Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering with a First-Class distinction (with a minimum aggregate of 60%). Additionally, they should possess a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in areas such as Election & field operations, Repair & maintenance of Electronic equipment, and industrial production.

They should then arrive at the venue by 09:00 AM, carrying a duly filled application form and resume. They must also bring the original certificates along with a set of self-attested photocopies for the following:
a. Proof of Date of Birth, either SSC certificate or School leaving certificate;
b. Government-issued Identity proof (such as Aadhar, Passport) and a recent passport-sized color photograph;
c. Documents validating their educational Qualification (Certificates & Marks sheets);
d. If applicable, a CGPA conversion certificate from their institution/university;
e. Proof of previous work experience, including Appointment Order and the latest 3 months’ pay slips (mandatory for current employees) with clear mention of duration (from & to dates);
f. Category certificate (EWS/OBC/SC/ST) if applying for reserved posts. For OBC candidates, a certificate not older than a year from the date of selection is required, with the 'Non-Creamy Layer' clause mentioned.
g. Relevant certificates for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Discharge certificate for Ex-servicemen, and any pertinent certificate for claiming age relaxation due to being a candidate from Jammu & Kashmir;
h. Registration will close at 11:30 AM on the respective dates at the venue.
