NORKA, which stands for Non-Resident Keralites Affairs, was established on December 6, 1996, by the Government of Kerala. It is a pioneering department in India, dedicated to addressing the concerns of Non-Resident Keralites (NRKs) and fostering a stronger relationship between them and the Kerala government through a structured administrative framework.Under the NORKA Roots initiative, a significant opportunity has arisen for Malayalee Nurses to work in Germany through the fourth edition of the Triple Win project. In the previous phases, 800 nurses were selected, and now, in the fourth phase, 300 nursing positions are available. Applications for these positions can be submitted starting from July 15, 2023.
