2. High Jump: Achieve a height of 132.20 cms.
3. Long Jump: Cover a distance of 457.20 cms.
4. Putting the Shot (7264 gms): Propel the shot to a distance of 609.60 cms.
5. Throwing the Cricket Ball: Achieve a throw of 6096 cms.
6. Rope Climbing (only with hands): Climb to a height of 365.80 cms.
7. Pull Up or Chinning: Perform 8 pull-ups.
8. 1500 Metres Race: Complete the race within 5 minutes and 44 seconds.
