Age Limit
As of August 1, 2023, the minimum age requirement for candidates is 21 years, and the maximum age allowed is 30 years. This means that candidates must have been born between August 2, 1993, and August 1, 2002, inclusive.
Certain age relaxations apply as per the Government of India rules:
- For SC/ST candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years.
- For OBC candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years.
- Persons with Disabilities (PWD) have a relaxation of 10 years in the upper age limit. For SC/ST PWD, the relaxation is 15 years, and for OBC PWD, it is 13 years.
- Ex-Servicemen also have age relaxation as per Government rules.

Salary
The selected candidates will receive a basic pay of Rs. 50,925/- in the pay scale of Rs. 50,925-2,500(14)-85,925-2,710(4)-96,765 along with other applicable allowances. The approximate gross emoluments for Metropolitan Centers will be Rs. 80,000/- per month. Additionally, the officers will be entitled to benefits such as coverage under the National Pension System governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, etc., as per the Company's rules at the time of appointment. Moreover, they will also be eligible for Company's/leased accommodation as per the prescribed norms.Qualification
Here are the academic qualification requirements for each discipline:
1. Risk Engineers: Graduation/ Post-graduation in Engineering in any discipline with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
2. Automobile Engineers:
a) B.E./ B.Tech./ M.E./ M.Tech in Automobile Engineering with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
or
b) Graduate/ Post-graduate in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) along with a Diploma (of at least one-year duration) in Automobile Engineering.
3. Legal: Graduate/ Post-graduate in Law with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
4. Accounts: Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Graduation/ Post-graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
5. AO (Health):
a) M.B.B.S / M.D. / M.S. Or PG-Medical Degree Or B.D.S/ M.D.S Or BAMS/ BHMS (graduate or post-graduate) from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree (at least 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
6. IT: B.E./ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech in IT or Computer Science Discipline Or M.C.A with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
7. Generalists: Graduate/ Post-graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 60% marks for General candidates and at least 55% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
