Age Limit for the Post of Beat Forest Officer:
(i) General Category: Candidates must be between 19 and 33 years old, born between 02.01.1990 and 01.01.2004 (both dates inclusive).
(ii) SC/ST Category: Candidates must be between 19 and 35 years old, born between 02.01.1988 and 01.01.2004 (both dates inclusive).
(iii) Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christian Community (SCCC), who converted to Christianity from SC after turning 18, and their children, have age relaxation up to 35 years. They should have been born between 02.01.1988 and 01.01.2004 (both dates inclusive) to be eligible for this post.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed the Plus Two Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Government of Kerala, or an equivalent examination recognized by the Government of India or the Government of Kerala.
Physical Standards:
For Male Candidates:
- Height: A minimum of 168 cms
- Chest: A minimum of 81 cms around the chest, with an expansion of 5 cms on full inhalation.
For Female Candidates:
- Height: A minimum of 157 cms
Note:
- The minimum height measurement for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates is 150 cms.
Physical Qualifications:
Male candidates are required to pass an endurance test by running 2 kilometers within 13 minutes. For the physical efficiency test, they need to qualify in at least five out of eight events, each with specific minimum standards:
1. 100 Metres Run: In 14 seconds or less.
2. High Jump: Clearing 132.20 cm (4’6”).
3. Long Jump: Covering a distance of 457.20 cm (15’).
4. Putting the Shot (7264 gms): Reaching 609.60 cm (20’).
5. Throwing the Cricket Ball: Achieving a distance of 6096 cm (200’).
6. Rope Climbing (only with hands): Scaling 365.80 cm (12’).
7. Pull-ups or Chinning: Completing 8 repetitions.
8. 1500 Metres Run: Within 5 minutes and 44 seconds.
For female candidates, the endurance test involves running 2 kilometers in 15 minutes. In the physical efficiency test, they must qualify in a minimum of five out of nine events:
1. 100 Metres Run: In 17 seconds or less.
2. High Jump: Clearing 106 cm.
3. Long Jump: Covering a distance of 305 cm.
4. Putting the Shot (4000 gms): Reaching 400 cm.
5. 200 Meters Run: Within 36 seconds.
6. Throwing the Throw Ball: Achieving 1400 cm.
7. Shuttle Race (4 X 25 m): Completing in 26 seconds.
8. Pull Ups or Chinning: Completing 8 repetitions.
9. Skipping (One Minute): At least 80 times.

Once registered, candidates can log in to their profile using their User-ID and Password to apply for posts. The photograph submitted should be taken after December 31, 2012. Those creating a new profile from January 1, 2022 onwards must upload a photograph taken within the last six months. The candidate's name and the date of photograph taken must be legibly printed at the bottom. This uploaded photograph will remain valid for 10 years from the date of uploading, adhering to existing instructions.
