Terms of Engagement:
1. The selected personnel will be engaged for a fixed term of one year, with periodic performance evaluations. Only candidates willing to commit to a minimum of one year should apply.
2. The selected personnel will receive a consolidated pay as notified.
3. Candidates must be willing to work in shifts.
4. Candidates should be in good health and fitness.
5. The selected personnel will be required to assist with on-site assignments and other duties assigned by their reporting officer.
6. The performance of the selected candidate will be assessed periodically. If the performance is found unsatisfactory, the contract may be terminated immediately.
7. The engagement is for one year only, and the management reserves the right to terminate the contract with a one-month notice period, except in cases of misconduct where the contract may be terminated with short notice.
8. Contractual engagement at FCRI does not guarantee future employment or any preferential rights for future positions at FCRI.
